what time of year our dedicated team is committed to service ; one
of our valued customers can attest to their service after her
Christmas vacation with her mother was abruptly interrupted. The
following is an excerpt from her kind letter of thanks.
« ... We contacted your company on the night of December 24,
as my mother was undergoing an emergency surgical procedure
following a fall in a restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. After a warm
reception and many hours of telephone discussions between your
representatives (even in Spanish!), the surgeon and myself, it was
agreed that my mother should be sent home by air ambulance on
December 26. The medical team (a doctor, nurse and anesthetist)
arrived on December 25 at about 9:30 p.m. They took the time to
study the file carefully so that they could transport my mother
with a minimum of risk. … At 4 a.m. your team was in place,
calm and smiling. As we all left the hospital at about 5:30, the
team exhibited confidence and reassurance, both with my mother and
with me. The Mexican surgeon, with us from the beginning of the
complications until my mother left, told us she had never seen such
a complete and experienced team as yours. … We greatly
appreciated both the excellent service of your team and their
reassurance.
