Earthquake in Haiti: Blue Cross makes a donation to Red Cross

On January 12th, a devastating earthquake struck the region of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. To support the international relief measures, Blue Cross has made a $10 000 donation to the Canadian Red Cross.

In order to help the Red Cross collect as many donations as possible, Blue Cross has made its call center facilities available to employees who have volunteered to take calls from donors.

Blue Cross invites the people of Quebec to participate in the aid efforts by making contributions directly to the Red Cross or any official relief organization active in Haiti.
